Responsibilities
Facilitating the scrum process
Ensuring that all team members are working together to achieve the product/project goals
Help the team stay on track
Ensure that everyone is following the established processes and procedures
Resolving any conflicts or issues that arise during the project
Providing guidance and support to the team
Helping them to become more effective and efficient in their work

Required
Must pass a drug test and background check once offered position
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Hospital/Clinical Scrum Master experience.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Experience in coaching teams on Agile and Scrum values and principles
Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
Understanding of software development processes and procedures
Ability to track and report progress against project goals
Knowledge of tools and techniques for effective product backlog management
Experience with metrics and analytics to measure
Professional Scrum Master I Certification Required
Preferred
SAFe Agilist Certification
Azure Dev Ops, Google Cloud experience
