Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with application support team members to analyze and resolve complex problems in customer implementations

Contribute to lessons learned from support issues for future enhancements to InsurePay’s products

Provide support 8am—5pm Eastern; occasional after-hours support

Take ownership of software-related complaints and working toward finding solutions

Analyze data to spot potential weaknesses or problems with software

Work on debugging software as needed

Required

Proficient in Angular (At least 3 years of experience)

Proficient in .NET (At least 5 years of experience)

Proficient in C# (At least 5 years of experience)

Proficient in SQL (At least 5 years of experience)

Proficient in Entity Framework (At least 5 years of experience)

Proficient in ASP.NET API (At least 5 years of experience)

Have 5+ years’ experience in MS SQL Server (T-SQL, DDL/DML/DCL, database design including tables, views, stored procedures, user defined functions, triggers)

Have knowledge of CI/CD, ASP.NET Web Form, NGRX, and Advanced T-SQL

Have robust knowledge of multiple programming languages

Have analytical skills to interpret complex data sets

Have problem-solving skills to determine the cause of bugs and resolve complaints

Have a proven written communication skills to produce informative reports

Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related fields
