Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals, providing mentorship and support to drive high levels of performance
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals, ensuring that team members are aligned with company objectives
Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and personal development
Train and onboard new team members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for success
Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement improvement plans as needed
Set ambitious goals and challenges for the team, motivating them to exceed expectations
Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, facilitating clear communication and feedback

Required
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a sales or insurance environment
Skills required: self-motivated, hard-working, coachable, and possessing a positive attitude
A track record of achieving results and meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to develop and implement effective training and coaching programs
Highly self-motivated with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for personal and financial growth
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a competitive sports environment is a plus, reflecting the 'athlete' mindset
