Graphic/Brand Designer - Creative Director

Responsibilities
Collaborate with design and marketing professionals to develop innovative solutions in either graphic design or branding across various industries.
Design unique, purposeful, and award-winning branding or graphic materials and digital media.
Create visual concepts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Ensure that all design or branding elements align with client goals and brand strategies.
Participate in the implementation and integration of design or branding projects.
Communicate clearly with clients, presenting work and translating feedback into actionable tasks for Creatives.
Manage projects from brief to completion using Designity’s tools, ensuring quality results.
Understand client goals, identify challenges, and provide solutions, managing timelines for successful project outcomes.
Mentor Designity’s creatives, setting direction and supporting their growth.
Serve as a key decision-maker, leader, and mentor within the team.

Required
10+ years of experience in either graphic or brand design, including marketing materials and digital media.
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.
Strong understanding of print and/or digital design processes.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to develop briefs, timelines, and manage independently.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships, setting expectations, and communicating updates.
Experienced in mentoring and guiding creatives at various levels.
Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in either graphic or brand design and strategic direction.
Bachelor’s/advanced degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or a related field; additional management education is a plus.
Hands-on, self-motivated, team-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Based in the US or Canada with excellent English communication skills.
Quick learner with a passion for processes and multitasking.
Preferred
Experience in a creative/design agency or as a freelancer overseeing client projects is preferred.
Knowledge of AI and experience with AI tools is highly regarded.
