Responsibilities

Manages retail sales for all North Carolina and Virginia optical locations, including display and layout.

Recruits, develops and manages the performance of Licensed Opticians, Optical Assistants and Optical Technicians.

Manages frame board program for each location within market.

Maintains vendor relationships.

Analyzes and interprets daily/monthly/quarterly reports.

Creates strategies for growth and maximizing profit in the North Carolina and Virginia markets.

Serves as liaison between optometrists, employees and patients.

Ensures quality customer service.

Integrates the optical departments of new partner practices in North Carolina and Virginia.

Manages optician incentive plans, including monthly calculation and communication of results.
