Responsibilities
Provides proactive business analytics support & analysis to Commercial Leadership and the field sales organization
Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Support Customer Care, Credit Financial Services and other organizations to resolve pricing discrepancies and other related issues.
Ensures the accuracy of contracts and pricing; works with Internal Departments, Medtronic Distributors, Corporate National Accounts, and Sales to investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies
Prepares reports; advises management of process and system issues, compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information
Prepare scorecard by area and product line to track business goals in Power BI
Partner with Sales team to establish and measure performance metrics
Provides proactive business analytics support & analysis to Commercial Leadership and the field sales organization
Prepare and publish daily, monthly, quarterly scorecards to track metrics for all sales organization roles using PBI
Conduct customer-level analytical reviews to generate business intelligence insights for sales and marketing in a senior executive level.
Support reporting and mapping for territory optimization
Partners with IT, finance to strategize and plan annual system requirements and monitor progress towards completion

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Bachelors Degree with 2+ years experience)
Preferred
Experience in presenting data and analysis to multiple members
Experience creating sales reports, including use of database manipulation
