Responsibilities
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to understand customer requirements and develop compelling AI solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities of our Gen AI platform and how it can address customer challenges.
Architect end-to-end AI solutions that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies to solve complex business problems.
Work closely with customers to understand their data landscape, infrastructure, and integration requirements, and provide guidance on best practices for AI implementation.
Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and use cases to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions in real-world scenarios.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on AI strategy, roadmap, and implementation approach.
Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on product features, enhancements, and roadmap based on customer insights and market trends.

Required
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in a pre-sales or solutions architect role, with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics.
Excellent experience as Functional Lead in AI Projects
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI development tools and platforms such as Azure Open AI or Google AI or TensorFlow or PyTorch or scikit-learn, or AWS SageMaker.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect complex AI solutions that address diverse business challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.
