Responsibilities
Markets and underwrites surety bond products and services.
Develops and maintains agency and community relationships.
Provides additional support for field and provides consulting expertise for customers to generate solutions to problems or identified needs.
Provides technical and training support for the small contract program.
Implements and coordinates marketing plans to profitably grow small contract business within company guidelines.

Required
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Demonstrated experience marketing and underwriting surety bonds and services.
Demonstrated experience working with sales force.
Extensive knowledge of bond products and services.
