Responsibilities

Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer our catalog of SaaS applications

Implement and maintain integrations between our SaaS applications

Automate workflows and tasks to increase efficiency across our SaaS application catalog

Collaborate with our Engineering and Business Systems teams to improve SaaS experiences for our users

Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Support team on SaaS-related issues and participate in an on-call rotation

Maintain documentation related to SaaS application policies, procedures, and features.

Required

Be currently located in the United States for the current three consecutive years

Be US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder) with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Active Public Trust Clearance or Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of technical experience. 4 additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree.

Experience in administering Google Workspace, AWS and other common SaaS applications such as Slack and Zoom

Experience with automation and APIs across a variety of SaaS platforms

Familiar with Single Sign-On technologies such as Okta, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

Familiar with regulated environments including SOC II and FedRAMP

Passion for learning new tools and technologies while working in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment

Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team

Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

Works well with limited oversight

Required Certifications (at Least 2): AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate, Google Cloud Certification – Associate, Atlassian Certified ITSM Specialist, Atlassian Certified Administration Expert, Certified Slack Administrator
