Responsibilities

Maintain strong product knowledge of the full solution suite as well as competitive offerings
Build and execute account-based sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to drive deals to closure consistently and effectively
Identify new business opportunities within new and existing clients.
Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, business case/ROI development, proposal, and contract negotiation
Effectively and consistently build and manage sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual sales attainment
Fully understand prospect's technology stack, buying process, and stakeholder engagement (org chart and powerbase) to accurately align selling/buying process
Provide client demonstrations including solution overview, market positioning, competition analysis, commercials, and guidance on contracting
Partner with internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales and solutioning process, including legal, finance, product, and senior management.
Represent Broadridge at industry conferences and regional events
Travel to prospect and client sites

Required

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Financial Services a/o Software
B.A./B.S.
Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including senior executive level relationships
Proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding sales quotas
Ability to originate opportunities, manage the sales process, and close sales
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
Ability to lead internal and external meetings
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills
Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, MS Office, social tools, etc.
Willing to travel frequently to for clients and prospect meetings
