Responsibilities
Model Implementation: Develop and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, including convolutional neural networks and foundation models, for analyzing genomic sequences, medical imaging, and clinical outcome predictions.
Model Interpretation: Apply explainable AI (XAI) techniques to interpret multimodal model results of molecular and imaging, ensuring actionable insights for medical experts and business demonstrations.
Data Pipelining: Perform data wrangling, including cleaning, transforming, and preprocessing large multimodal datasets (e.g., genomic sequences, imaging, and clinical metadata) to ensure quality and consistency for machine learning workflows.
Reproducibility and Documentation: Ensure reproducibility through well-documented code, annotated workflows, and interactive demonstrations (e.g. in Jupyter notebook) in version-controlled repositories.
Model Deployment and User Interface: Build and maintain user-friendly, interactive interfaces to enable seamless exploration and interpretation of AI model results by non-technical users, including clinicians and researchers.
Communications: Communicate scientific results through internal meetings, scientific conferences, and peer-reviewed publications.
Collaborations: Collaborate with medical experts to guide research and development.
