Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to each client's needs.
Coordinate and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and scheduling orientations for the Konnect team and our clients.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Support clients with employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and manage various HR projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a consulting environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR software such as but not limited to Dayforce, Paylocity, Gusto, Absorb LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
