Responsibilities
Responsible for developing client relationships, including generation of deposits.
The individual will acquire clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships by providing superior client service to achieve financial objectives.
The successful candidate must also be highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.
Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners.
Educate and present prospects, clients and partners on the benefits offered.
Provide concierge service experience to clients, including but not limited to; responding quickly to client and partner inquiries, providing financial guidance and develop banking solutions.
Meet with clients and business partners in-person, virtually and through other networking opportunities, groups, events, etc. to build relationships and grow business.
Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources.
Must work well individually and as a team to create strategies and marketing opportunities to help promote the brand.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, CFP, CTFA a plus.
Minimum 10 years business banking experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to think outside the box.
Independent contributor expected to manage own book of business as well as retain and effectively manage clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required.
General computer knowledge a must with prior banking applications experience preferred.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail.
