Responsibilities
Provide solutions/services that support the business’s integrations with learning management systems, automated data uploading, single sign-on and student rostering solutions.
Work with customers to design and execute implementation plans with key milestones identified for deploying integration solutions across the district.
Support the district through change management and communications during the implementation.
Work with customers to extract and transform data to meet solution requirements per plan.
Perform implementations of Savvas’s SSO and Auto Rostering integration solutions and support the Integration and Rostering Service’s implementation programs and processes.
Consult remotely with customers to determine integration and SSO approaches and solutions that meet the customer’s requirements and technology infrastructures.
Assist to develop documentation library maintaining all scripts/applications created for data extraction solutions.
Communicate best practices and usability requirements for Savvas’s APIs and LTI-A integrations including data reporting and usage analysis.
Analyze customer data and effectively communicate required fixes to ensure successful uploads for integrations.
Track and maintain a working knowledge of integration protocols.
Liaison with Sales, Services and Technical Support teams for SSO solutions.
Provide project tracking and status reporting for all assigned projects and services.

Required
Self-motivation with a proven track record in implementing multiple projects, in various stages, in a short period of time.
Ability to provide software support and knowledge of technology.
Adept in navigating K-12 School administration and technology departments.
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Possess strong project management and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively in written responses to emails and submitting reports.
Well organized and highly skilled in analytical problem solving with proven ability to eliminate implementation obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Familiarity with server and client operating systems, wired and wireless network infrastructures, general cloud computing concepts, and SaaS product delivery.
Understanding of Single Sign On/Authentication technologies, including but not limited to SAML, LDAP and ADFS with the ability to explain in technical and layman terms to customers.
Competence in the use of Salesforce and Salesforce Milestone PM, all Google apps and the ability to utilize and manage Google docs, GMail, and Google sheets is required. Smartsheet and Lucidchart experience is a plus.
Understand and communicate data reporting requirements in regards to customer usage.
Ability to work remotely and through video conferencing in a professional home office environment.
Proven ability to self manage time and productivity while working remotely.
BA degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of project management experience in a commercial software development environment
Proven experience in Single Sign On/Authentication technologies, including but not limited to SAML, LDAP or ADFS.
Competence in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Google apps and ability to utilize and manage Google docs is required.
Preferred
Candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred.
PMP Certification desired
2+ years successful experience in the education industry, preferable in K-12
Knowledge of K-12 Learning Management Systems such as Canvas or Schoology, is an asset.
