Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Source to Target mapping documents to ensure smooth data flow.
Conduct data profiling to understand data content, structure, and quality, and identify any discrepancies.
Create data models to support analytical initiatives and work with stakeholders to understand data needs.
Stay updated with data modeling best practices to ensure effective data structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret requirements, delivering data models that align with our goals.
Use SQL, Databricks, and AWS services to develop and optimize queries, transformations, and data processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in data mapping, data modeling, and data profiling.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Experience with Databricks for building, optimizing, and maintaining data workflows.
Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, RDS) for data storage, analysis, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Preferred
Experience in creating ETL pipelines to support data integration.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of data quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
