Responsibilities
Lead and optimize revenue operations processes to support scaling and efficiency across marketing, sales, and all revenue-producing roles
Collaborate with the CEO, CRO, CFO, and other senior leaders to align revenue operations with overall business objectives
Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment across the Go-To-Market functions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth
Develop and influence new processes and technologies that optimize the path for supporting the revenue growth of the businesses globally
Develop ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding, business development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): setting revenue targets, tracking performance against these goals, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights
Utilize business intelligence and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions
Develop and nurture cross-functional partnerships across the entire Revenue organization which impact overall customer success, retention and growth
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance and BI teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive strategies
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between sales, customer success, and other revenue-related teams

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 12 years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
