Responsibilities

Overseeing a large portfolio of clients across various industries
Driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through a range of offerings
Leading the strategy, structure, and operations of the client success organization
Focusing on customer experience and key business and financial metrics
Reimagining and implementing a seamless customer journey
Leading cross-functional teams
Establishing consistent client success metrics
Collaborating with sales, operations, and delivery teams to design and implement account-based growth strategies

Required

Minimum of 15 years' experience in client services and B2B media
Bachelor's degree
Experience in managing a large client base across multiple industries
Expertise in media, custom solutions, live/virtual events, and demand generation services
Proven track record in executing strategies that drive client retention and satisfaction
Experience in managing a client services organization serving a diverse customer base
Knowledge of B2B media products and services
Experience with various business and project management tools
Ability to manage senior stakeholders
