Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound

Responsibilities
Prospect identification: Identify and source key decision-makers, from CX managers to eCommerce specialists, at target companies within our ICP market.
Data sourcing: Utilize various platforms and tools to gather and analyze data, building a high-quality pipeline of leads.
Outreach program creation: Develop an outreach strategy across multiple channels (email, DMs, phone) to engage and convert prospects.
Outbound outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects, initiate conversations, and schedule meetings to convert leads into opportunities.
Reporting: Regularly track and report on key results, comparing achievements to established goals. Bring valuable insights on outreach status, success metrics, and areas for improvement, ensuring your efforts align with broader company objectives.

Required
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce.
Strong research and data-sourcing skills, with the ability to find and connect with key people.
Experience with outreach and AB-testing cadences.
Familiarity with data sourcing tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, Clay, Lusha).
CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce).
Grit, determination, and persistence to succeed even in the face of challenges.
Proven track record in sales or business development roles.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
