Responsibilities
Development and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, surgeons, and hospital administrators
Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of our Pectus system
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet regional demands
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management

Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a minimum of 5 years of Medical Device Experience, specifically Pectus
Existing relationships with Pectus Surgeons and Distributors
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Associate's degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
