Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with software development teams, product management, and Oracle customers to define both user and business needs, set a clear vision, and lead its execution.

Leading the analytics user experience for a product pillar, partnering with the design team and stakeholders to drive its design and development.

Exploring innovative ways to integrate AI/ML models, interactive visualizations, and planning tools to convert insights into actionable outcomes.

Contributing to research efforts, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront of the design process.

Guiding the cross-functional Analytics team through the application of Oracle’s award-winning, full-stack Redwood design system.
