Responsibilities
Provide technical support for existing automation solutions, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to automation scripts to improve efficiency and functionality.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, scripts, and support procedures.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation scripts to ensure they meet current business needs and standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for automation and support.
Develops or modifies software.
Ensures appropriate documentation for all development and modification.
Ensures integrity and security of institutional data.

Required
Proven experience as an Developer with hands-on expertise in supporting Automations.
Experience with automation tools and platforms such as Automation Anywhere.
Strong understanding of development concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with version control systems such as GitHub is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL and Python
