Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical services, clinical supervision and case management of patients.
Provide supportive clinical services to families of patients.
Develop, initiate, lead and participate in research projects involving the assessment and treatment of behavior disorders.
Publish journal articles, manuscripts, and present posters based on research.
Supervision of Behavioral Psychology staff for specific programs including but not limited to recruiting, completing performance appraisals, performing progressive discipline up to and including termination as needed, training, and assistance with decision-making and problem solving, goal setting and achievement, and professional development.
Provide supervision and training for Behavioral Psychology pre-doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows.
Participate in administrative, clinical and training meetings as necessary.

Required
Doctoral degree in Psychology or Behavioral Analysis from a regionally accredited university required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting working with normal and disabled children is required.
We require full COVID vaccination or documentation of medical and/or religious exemption(s) approval for this job.
Preferred
Experience in conducting research and communicating research findings via professional conferences, peer reviewed journals, seminars, etc. is preferred.
