Responsibilities
Ensure that cross-functional teams understand priorities, timelines, and goals. Streamline communication so everyone moves forward together.
Build and refine ClickUp forms, dashboards, and templates. Integrate tools and services (Make, GCP) to automate and simplify work.
Coach team members on tools, workflows, and best practices. Maintain up-to-date resources that make onboarding and ongoing learning easy.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities. Identify scalable improvements that enhance efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration.

Required
1–2 years managing technical projects, preferably in digital marketing or creative agency settings.
Advanced ClickUp expertise (custom fields, dashboards, forms, automations).
Proven ability to turn vague requirements into polished, documented processes.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative, and app development terminology.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills.
Comfortable with rapid changes in priorities and detail-oriented execution.
Passion for continuous improvement and visible impact.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
Apple ecosystem power-user.
Preferred
PMP or Scrum Master is plus
