Responsibilities
Salesforce (SFDC) System Administration
Day-to-day operations: troubleshooting and minor requests.
Salesforce Reports and Dashboard Management.
Delivery of SFDC-related projects and enhancements.
Proactive system maintenance including security reviews and release updates.
Participate in cross-functional teams that address issues involving CRM and business operations, and act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce optimization.
Document business and technical requirements.
Create unit/regression/UAT test scripts.
Participate in and coordinate the execution of functional unit testing, user role testing, data analysis, and integration testing.
Manage timelines, schedules, and development goals.
Change Control Project based: training materials and end-user training.
Collaborates with Salesforce Developers and Architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and detailed functional requirements.
Proactive communication of any platform changes or issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality and best practices, and proactively recommend solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Assure only relevant data is available to appropriate job roles.
Assure compliance with the audit infrastructure including on-boarding, off-boarding, and role/responsibility changes within the organization.
Understanding of the Salesforce sharing and security model (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules.
Ensure and define high quality of SFDC data objects and data models are governed, and limit customizations.
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
Define standards for the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions across the different SFDC technologies.
Scalability is a priority
Define a model for requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions
Build standards and processes around SFDC DevOps methodology
Salesforce Release Management including review of release notes and upgrade planning.

Required
5+ years of experience with CRM systems, at least 3 years directly as an SFDC Admin experience.
Must have Broadband availability: Min 30MBPS (national service provider JIO/TATA/Airtel Hathway etc)
Access to a quiet home office environment with above mentioned broadband availability and working space to accommodate two monitors +1 Laptop.
