Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to determine and create pay structures and bands.
Conduct ad hoc people analytics initiatives, evaluating data sets to find trends and insights about employee performance, retention, and engagement that guide strategic decision-making.
Develop compensation and benefits tools and programs to accommodate workers' shifting requirements, in line with Wealthfront's comprehensive incentives concept.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect input and calibrate against market data.
Ensure compliance with reporting, global, federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor the efficacy of existing compensation/benefit policies and propose adjustments that are consistent with market trends and corporate goals.
Use and integrate with our current HR tools, procedures, workflows, and systems.

Required
Experience managing many components of a whole pay plan, including incentive and equity compensation.
Expertise in analysis and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
Capability to conduct research, reach conclusions, and convey results to audiences, including leadership teams.
Expert in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
At least two years of expertise designing and expanding compensation schemes.
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, human resources, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.
