Required
Previous experience in IT recruitment, whether in an in-house or agency setting, is highly valued. Having experience in both areas is advantageous, but having experience in either one is acceptable.
High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strategic mindset.
Professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge of external labour market trends and ability to forecast hiring needs from a strategic standpoint.
