Responsibilities
Provide day to day auditing and review sales agents call recordings
Find discrepancies in sales process and provide reporting
Provide data to help the sales management team
Monitor performance indicators
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

Required
1-2 years experience supporting inside sales environment
Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
Basic experience in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience supporting a team
Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
