Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and development of strategic projects in LATAM region, to ensure an optimal and automated operation supported by ORACLE EBS.

Negotiate as part of the LATAM Global Technology team, the regional implementation of global technology projects, seeking a globalized and automated operation.

Direct and implement the strategic projects that ensure the attention and resolution of the company's technological requirements and automations.

Support the global and regional team in the implementation of new projects based on improvements in the ERP and its connection with new technologies.

Management support for the operation in markets and support for other markets in Latin America, through consulting on process improvement and operation errors.

Level 2 expert support for ERP failure situations due to configuration changes or new operations to be implemented in the market and the region in any of the ORACLE EBS sublayers used in SBC.
