Responsibilities

Collaborate with key operational and IT stakeholders to deliver projects that meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.

Work with technical teams in Infrastructure, Data Transformation, and Security to ensure project scope is well-documented, communicated, and managed for successful execution.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, communication strategies, resource allocation, and monitor progress against the plan.

Oversee scope changes in line with established change management processes.

Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring successful resolution.

Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to provide project status updates, discuss risks and mitigation strategies, and assess progress toward project objectives.

Assist stakeholders in resolving conflicts, re-prioritizing tasks, and removing obstacles to ensure project success.

Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and other areas as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
