Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing all aspects of healthcare provider licensing, DEA registration, collaborative agreements, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Ensures adherence to DEA and telehealth-specific regulations, safeguarding the company against legal and financial repercussions.

Streamlines processes for licensing and agreements, reducing delays and enhancing scalability as the company grows.

Conducts audits and maintains compliance documentation to prepare for external inspections, minimizing exposure to fines or penalties.

Collaborates across teams (legal, clinical, operations) to ensure seamless execution of licensing and compliance strategies, supporting business continuity.

Tracks and evaluates compliance metrics, enabling proactive adjustments and continuous improvement in regulatory processes.

Manages forecasting and resource planning for expansion initiatives, ensuring sustainable scaling of services.

Ensure all collaborative agreements are tracked, executed on time, and are compliant with relevant healthcare laws and state regulations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, compliance, or regulatory affairs in the healthcare or telehealth industries.

Strong understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations, including DEA requirements for telehealth services.

Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
