Required
3+ years of commercial contracts attorney experience, including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in NC
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management lifecycle software
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills
Candidates must live in North Carolina
