Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust communications strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all channels.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business priorities, translating them into actionable communication plans.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including PR agency

Craft high-quality, engaging content, including Simplify complex fintech concepts into compelling narratives that align with brand messaging and business objectives.

Working with PR agency to cultivate relationships with key media outlets and industry journalists to secure impactful coverage.

Develop and manage press materials and responses, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Partner with People team and leadership to design and deliver internal communications that inspire, inform, and align employees with company goals.

Lead communications efforts during critical business moments, ensuring clear and timely messaging to mitigate risks and protect the brand.

Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies using KPIs and analytics, continuously refining approaches to maximise impact.
