Responsibilities
Oversee non-study related projects
Drive technical solution implementation
Provide essential support to the Leadership team in the US
Take charge of departmental financial management
Efficient vendor coordination
Ensure successful project management across various initiatives
Manage technical solutions, financial tracking, and vendor management in US
Work closely with stakeholders including finance, procurement, IT legal, compliance, QA
Track project budgets effectively
Foster successful collaborations with vendors
Communicate effectively with the US Leadership team
Problem-solve and make decisions to overcome project challenges
Track non-project initiative status using developed tools
Facilitate presentations and training for others

Required
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong technical acumen to oversee the implementation of technical solutions.
Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to forecast, track, and manage project budgets effectively.
Exceptional vendor management capabilities to foster successful collaborations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to co-pilot the US Leadership team effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome project challenges.
Be the main gate keeper for non-project initiative status tracking using tools being developed.
Comfortable of presentation, training others, and meeting facilitation.
5+ years’ industry experience as Finance/IT project manager in pharmaceutical, preferably with experience in global pharmaceutical.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the principles, concepts, methods and standards of clinical research.
Experience in procurement and financial tools, such as SAP needed.
Finance and/or accounting background with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong knowledge and experience in financial management.
Proven negotiation and facilitation skills, a team player and self-starter.
Proven track record addressing complexity project deliverables, data analysis, summary, dashboard reporting, and implementation of technical solutions end to end as a main accountable role.
Ability and flexible to work remotely with worldwide team members across cultures and time zones.
Preferred
Project management professional (PMP) certification and/or training in project management preferred but not required.
Smartsheet experience is a plus.
