Responsibilities
Provide focused support to Air Force installations to accomplish comprehensive OEH reviews on data pulled from DOEHRS and other sources. This includes program management reviews/audits, training/education, and data entry. The contractor employee(s) shall accomplish in-depth analysis on the data, and determine gaps in meeting existing regulatory requirements by researching and assessing policies, guidance, procedures, programs, risk data, training, detection equipment use, and knowledge management related to OEH hazard prediction, recognition, analysis, and control.
Design and review courses of action which will include; detailed recommendations of necessary corporate business practices with the ultimate goal of standardized enterprise wide business practices and accountability measures.
Review and/or enter specific data into DOEHRS-IH to correct deficiencies found during OEH program reviews. Data entry should take no more than 5 business days to accomplish.

Required
Possess a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Health.
A minimum of 5 years of experience using DOEHRS-IH, Business Objects, and performing Health Risk Assessments. An exception to the education requirement may be considered if the experience level warrants; greater than 20 years of experience performing OEH and using DOEHRS in the Air Force.
Experience in computer programming, creating system requirements, building spreadsheets and databases in Excel and Access. The contractor employee shall possess strong analytical skills.
A strong background capturing service members’ longitudinal exposures across the spectrum of OEH hazards including environmental health hazards and both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, at garrison and/or deployed locations.
A strong background reviewing and analyzing drinking water protection policies, guidance, procedures, programs, risk data, training, evaluation, and knowledge management. The contractor employee shall have prior experience managing at least one installation drinking water program. The contractor employee shall identify gaps in the areas, and generate solutions to better characterize health threats from water sources, and ultimately reduce those risks.
Preferred
Be familiar with EPA, DoD, and USAF requirements. Comprehensive familiarity in these requirements are desirable and will be considered a strength.
