Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Manhattan OMS, ensuring the smooth operation of order management processes in a retail, distribution, or e-commerce environment.
Ensure that the OMS system integrates seamlessly with other business applications.
Take care of system maintenance and providing recommendations for system improvements to optimize business operations.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve OMS-related issues such as order processing error.

Required
Minimum of 7+ years in IT project experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in Retail Manhattan OMS production support within the retail industry
Strong experience with Manhattan OMS, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of retail and distribution business processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
Understanding of order management workflows, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Proven experience in working on complex IT projects in a production environment, particularly in the retail sector
Experience in handling critical production incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading post-incident reviews
Provide L2/L3 support for issues related to Manhattan OMS, handling more complex problems escalated from L1 support teams
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve OMS-related issues such as order processing error
