Required

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Support Engineer or equivalent experience.

Support experience on SAP Commerce Cloud

Upper intermediate English level

Solid knowledge of Postman, Firebase, App Dynamics, Splunk, DBeaver

Good knowledge of SQL, HTML and mobile technologies

JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Pager Duty

Experience working according to SLA’s

Preferred

ITIL knowledge is desirable
