Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and design program updates and innovations.
Ensure programs align with the company’s training methodology and reflect brand positioning.
Manage overall product roadmap and delivery timelines, including internal roll-out strategy, messaging, and communications.
Communicate product plans, build consensus, and align priorities.
Present strategies and updates to senior leadership.
Develop and execute internal sales enablement programs to equip TBG’s sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to succeed in selling the full suite of our programs and services.
Manage the BrooksUP eLearning platform, including messaging and onboarding clients to increase user adoption, regularly creating messaging to inform internal teams and clients on product updates, managing one direct report and the relationship with our eLearning technology partner.
Partner closely with marketing, Sales Performance Research Center, learning and development, facilitation, customer experience, and sales to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and client needs.
Create and manage a KPI dashboard and report regularly to the Executives on KPIs related to product launch and performance, digital reinforcement adoption, and client feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to inform product strategies and initiatives.
Conduct market research, client and SME interviews to determine forward-looking product needs, opportunities and competitive positioning and differentiation.

Required
Proven experience in sales training or sales enablement ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, training and development, sales strategies, and the sales cycle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to map product design decisions back to business needs and broader organizational needs for all learning delivery methods.
Experience with sales technologies such as CRM, sales enablement platforms, and learning management systems.
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of helping teams achieve measurable success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
At least 8 years working in sales enablement, sales training and/or sales learning and development roles
Direct experience in doing product development work, in particular working with digital learning or sales enablement solutions
