Responsibilities

Identify root causes of invoice miss-matches, coordinate resolution with procurement.

Coordinate vendor resubmission / correction of invoices, correction of miss-postings and end to end resolution of the documents on hold.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required

High school diploma required or combination of education and experience

Minimum 2 yrs of purchase order experience in a hospital /healthcare environment

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)

Skilled in the application of policies and procedures

Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices
