Responsibilities
Outstanding strength, experience with BPO services - Especially call center and client services.
Implementation and delivery of complex solutions for clients including technology and integration elements,
Implementation of new client services,
Implementation of new services for existing clients,
Complex ad hoc tasks after implementation, which require Project Management Approach,
Analyzing the project scope and/or client requests, processing the requirements, solving the related problems,
Support to internal or clients' teams during implementation of new solutions in close co-operation with IT teams,
Coordination of implementation team
Communication with the clients and also with the internal users, processing their requirements to customize processes and systems to their needs,
Client relationship experience
Manage multiple projects, maintaining project scope, timeline and budget.
Define tasks and required resources; identify and manage project team
Drive the analysis and design of operational solutions; help shape project requirements and develop analysis-level documents that reflect the requirements.
Prepare materials for project reviews, status reporting, and governance. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Actively create, refine, and promote operational standards across departments. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Communicate with coworkers, management, staff, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Act, dress, and behave in a professional manner to reflect a positive image of the company.
Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting Company.
Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company.
Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required

Three to Five years of related experience.
Minimum of two years of project leadership experience.
A solid history of successful project execution, project development, risk management & mitigation and root cause analysis.
Strong project software skills.
Ability to work in a high performing environment.
Ability to motivate and mentor others.
Ability to reach consensus and build effective working relationships.
History of successfully demonstrating an ability to lead a team responsible for producing quality deliverables on time and on budget is required.
Business and negotiation skills to work with clients and business analysts to determine what features the project team will deliver, given constraints of staff, time, and quality.
This position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment.
Must possess familiarity with office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
