Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy in close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership, balancing making a series of bets in key segments and industries while focusing on reaching priority accounts
Be responsible for a percentage of the sales pipeline, driving lead generation and influencing opportunities across all sales stages
Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including LinkedIn advertising, webinars, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Establish and maintain marketing operations fundamentals, including reporting, analytics, email and marketing technology stack optimization
Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels to support sales-led growth
Develop and manage a program of marketing experiments, including newsletters, sponsorships, and scaled events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Client Success, and Product) to align strategies and maximize impact

Required
7+ years of B2B marketing experience in both startups and hyper-growth/scaled technology companies, with at least 2 years of owning the strategy and execution for Account-based Marketing (ABM) and Enterprise Demand Generation
Strong familiarity with marketing a business solution to HR and Finance leaders and decision-makers in employee benefits and healthcare
Possess extensive experience running, building, and managing Demand Generation and Growth Marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc. and have managed marketing budgets
Have worked side-by-side with sales teams to accomplish ambitious revenue goals
Have experience in content marketing, webinar production, and lifecycle marketing
Define buyer personas within accounts, crafting messages that align to personal challenges and expected business outcomes
Monitor key performance indicators for ABM programs across multiple tactics and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of prospecting and marketing tactics.
7+ years of experience in ABM/Field Marketing in a B2B environment
Proven track record of managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns using tactics that include webinars, digital advertising, and social media
Familiarity with the employee benefits sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and engage
Excellent project management skills
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams
