Responsibilities
Drive results and lead a large-scale IAM program in a complex environment with multiple operating companies
Serve as a backup to the senior director overseeing the identity and access management initiatives, with a focus on delivering results in a short period
Manage day-to-day project activities, interact with technical resources, and provide strategic direction
Create and maintain project plans, set priorities, and develop executive reports on project progress
Lead the establishment of identity infrastructure for a new company spin-off, affecting 10,000-12,000 employees
Design and implement a new IAM infrastructure, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Oversee the migration of user identities and access rights to new systems, ensuring minimal disruption
Establish and enforce IAM policies and procedures, coordinating with legal, compliance, and security teams
Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP)
Develop and execute identity governance and administration strategies
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the new company setup
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely project completion and milestone achievement
Demonstrate strong technical skills, including understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft tiering strategy
Lead a significant program involving technical people in complex environments
Perform primarily technical management duties with minimal hands-on keyboard work
Exhibit director-level leadership with strong technical acumen and effective task delegation
Work collaboratively with team members like Jenny who are familiar with the environment

Required
Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Identity and Access Management, with a proven track record of successful IAM project delivery
Director-level experience in leading and executing large-scale IAM initiatives
Deep understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft tiering strategy
Strong technical project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, ForgeRock, ZScaler, Cyber Ark, Sail Point)
Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and federation protocols
Familiarity with relevant compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing and coordinating teams
Proven ability to manage complex IAM projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and change management
Extensive IAM Experience: implemented CyberArk and IAM tools
Leadership and Project Management: As a Cybersecurity Program Director, candidate has led large-scale initiatives, including IAM projects
Technical Expertise: experience with Active Directory, CyberArk, and other security technologies, including understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft tiering strategy.
Compliance Knowledge: work with regulatory frameworks like NIST-CSF, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA demonstrates familiarity with relevant compliance standards
Strategic Thinking: S Reddy has supported the development of cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps
Stakeholder Management: experience in C-Suite engagement and board-level presentations
Change Management: involvement in organizational transformations and migration projects
Preferred
PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable
