Responsibilities
Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.
Deliver outstanding customer service while upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue and meet the needs of existing and potential customers.
Document activities in CRM, tracking interactions, lead status, and maintaining up-to-date records of outreach efforts.
Work closely with Account Managers and other sales professionals to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads and optimize sales strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop a strong understanding of our products and leverage that knowledge to engage prospects effectively and address their specific needs.
Focus on driving long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business by ensuring high-quality service and personalized solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and follow best practice templates and talk tracks to enhance your sales effectiveness.
Ensure that the Management Concepts core values and reputation are effectively reflected in every interaction with customers and staff.

Required
1-2 years of relevant experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Sales Driven: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong desire to grow in a sales career.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs.
