Responsibilities
Reporting into the Head of Engineering and you will be joining a team of Rust, Protocol, Frontend and Product Engineers with the expectation to take a lead on architecture and implementation of the offchain component of an security protocol that run close to web3 infrastructure performing low latency simulations ensuring transaction validity through rules and time requirements.
As part of the implementation process you will also need to work with external network teams to integrate the solution with their systems and API’s ensuring it is performant and secure.

Required
Proven experience in Rust development and systems architecture preferably at a Lead or Senior level.
Experience with high performance low latency systems.
Experience in performance optimization with networking and databases.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
