Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of software applications based on business requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Effectively conduct system testing to ensure working solutions are built.
Collaborate with team members as needed.
Learn and adopt new technologies and methodologies as required.
Assist in the documentation of software solutions and processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience with hands-on development in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of programming concepts and principles
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
Basic understanding of databases and SQL
Familiarity with web development technologies (Angular, Node, Nest.js, HTML, CSS)
Familiarity with version control capabilities (e.g., GitHub)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Superior command of the English language (verbal and written)
Must communicate well in a team environment
Be able and willing to give and receive feedback
Must communicate and interact professionally with internal stakeholders and teammates
Must be highly motivated and excel in organization
Handle multiple tasks throughout the day and prioritize based on deadlines and urgency
Must be detail oriented
Must take initiative
Great time management skills and able to work effectively remotely
Strong skillset in building relationships
Must work well with others and have the 'How can I help' mentality
If not local to corporate in Madison NJ, must be able to travel at least 5% of the time to corporate for occasional meetings
