Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and expansion, aligning with the company's mission and values while leveraging your healthcare industry expertise.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with healthcare systems, payors, and pharmaceutical companies.

Refine and optimize existing processes and procedures to support growth and scalability.

Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and account management.

Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company direction and decision-making.

Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within pre-Series B companies.

Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, with experience in both public and private sectors, including healthcare systems, providers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Extensive business network, with a history of impact-driven business development.

Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at an executive level.
