Responsibilities

Prepare interview templates and assisting with scheduling stakeholder interviews

Participate in current state business model and process interviews with stakeholders

Document current state activities and core processes

Draft preliminary compliance policies and procedures

Develop compliance operating framework including, for example, interaction model/RACI, monitoring routines and issues management/escalation

Required

5-7 years’ experience working in/with U.S. registered Transfer Agency

Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical compliance solutions for transfer agency operations

Knowledge of and experience with Transfer Agency regulations and compliance programs

Knowledge of and experience with Transfer Agency contact center activities

Demonstrated written and oral communications skills
