Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales pipeline growth.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
Develop a deep understanding of Equabli’s SaaS products to effectively demonstrate and communicate value propositions tailored to client needs.
Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts, partner channels, and networking.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' challenges and positioning Equabli as a strategic solution.
Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
Develop relationships with key enterprise clients, identifying their needs and positioning Equabli’s SaaS solutions as the best fit.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies for maximizing client retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
Serve as the face of the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Equabli’s product offerings.
Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs.
Accurately maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports to leadership on sales progress and market insights.
Conduct research to identify and pursue new market opportunities, verticals, and client segments.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the SaaS industry.
Work closely with the sales leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client acquisition and retention.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape product development and marketing initiatives based on customer insights.

Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in SaaS sales or technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify client pain points and position solutions to address them effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.
Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, technologies, and market trends.
Ability to demonstrate and explain complex technology solutions.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-matrixed, dynamic environment.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred
Existing network in the financial services industry a plus.
