Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day support of Windows Servers in AWS and on prem

Desktops and applications; software/hardware installation, proactive system monitoring and problem resolution

Responsible for the seamless operations of all system hardware, software, peripherals and infrastructure required to support Windows domain environments

Works collaboratively with the business and other IT partners to provide a stable and secure PC computing environment

Installing, maintaining, and training others on a variety of organizational standard system hardware and software

Required

Knowledge of data backup/recovery

Experience with SQL databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

Familiar with SNMP gateways , domains, and user setups.

Knowledge with EC2, ECS, FSx, RDS, AWS Workspaces, Terraform, S3, AWS IAM, AWS CloudWatch, Load Balancer, Auto Scaling and Security groups

4 year(s): AWS Experience

5 year(s): IT Systems with relevant certifications

Preferred

PowerShell and Linux servers experience preferred
