Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to define, architect, and build new features and enhancements for our platform

Define platform architecture and strategy to scale while maintaining high performance.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a focus on quality

Oversee and guide the technical work of contractor engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and engineering standards

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide mentorship where appropriate

Help establish and refine engineering processes, tools, and workflows to improve team efficiency

Work in lock step with Product and have a deep understanding of business goals and project outcomes, and partner with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic objectives and timelines

Act as the technical owner for key areas of the platform, monitoring platform analytics and performance and proactively identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.

Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
