Responsibilities

Experienced Analyst proficient in SQL, Python, or PySpark

3-5+ years of analytics experience working as a risk/data analyst in Credit or Fraud Risk

Remote-first opportunity for US-based employees with the option to work in-person out of our Manhattan office

Members of this team are expected to own a component of Customer Management Risk - this means you will understand the end-to-end customer journey, you will own related analytics and the iterative path towards optimization, examples of efforts you may own:

Fraud strategies (transaction approvals, account takeover)

Spending power (line) increases for existing customers to drive incremental transaction volume

Spending power (line) decrease strategy to mitigate losses

Spearhead initiatives that manage Credit and Fraud Risk with existing customers

Leverage advanced analytics to drive actionable insights and develop go-to-market strategies

Monitor performance metrics, analyze and optimize strategies, and collaborate closely with stakeholders.

Required

Experienced Analyst proficient in SQL, Python, or PySpark

3-5+ years of analytics experience working as a risk/data analyst in Credit or Fraud Risk

Proven analytics experience working as a risk/data analyst

Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must

You are data-driven, eager to understand the numbers and provide meaningful insights

You can influence decision makers with a proactive approach to drive results and improvements across the business

You are self-organized with the ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where competing priorities and ‘test and learn’ based iterations are the norm

Preferred

Prior experience in the finance or lending industry

Knowledge of Python or PySpark

Experience on data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
